Curry leaf likes warmth, so the long Faisalabad summer suits it well; give it full sun or strong partial sun. Growth slows noticeably in the cool dry winter and it may drop some leaves — this is normal, and it flushes again in spring. Young plants benefit from shelter on the coldest winter nights.
Water when the top 3 cm of soil feels dry; reduce watering sharply in winter while growth is slow. Feed monthly in the warm season — it responds well to a nitrogen-rich feed or diluted manure. Pick leaves from established stems regularly; harvesting actually encourages bushier growth. Pinch the tips of young plants to build a full shape rather than one tall stem.
